Called to pay a bill. Their phone system is a complete mess. It routes you through 5 different menus. Then someone from another country answered the phone asking which practice I was calling about. Theyre sharing phone operators with another practice?! This seems like a medical privacy issue. They then asked for my name, birthdate and other sensitive Information. I asked to speak to a manager in the US. They then put me on hold for 20 minutes and never picked back up. They eventually dropped the call. This is pretty surprising for a practice of this size. If this is how they treat their customers trying to pay, I can only imagine how bad the rest of their systems and procedures are.

What a great experience with Dr. Daniel Behn and staff. Actually everyone was really nice from the beginning I walked into when I left. Daniel had give me the right medications for my eyes and seeing other people in the past. Did compare with him. Ill share him with everyone, his intelligence and humor and poise. Thanks again. Ill see you soon , and I hope in 2 weeks you repair whats bothering me, with no other ophthalmologist or optometrist could do!

All the workers in the clinic are very professional. The doctor is so knowledgeable and professional with providing the perfect care and treatment.

This office is such a well oiled machine! I am always able to get in at my scheduled time with minimal waits. The people are an absolute pleasure! I had lasik in 2021 and its still the best money I have ever spent! Especially with Dr. updegraff!
