We had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Hossenlopp and his staff (Mary Shelly). My elderly mother was extremely anxious about her appt. but from the moment we walked in we were treated with such kindness, patience and compassion. Mary went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable taking the time to reassure her and never making her feel rushed.It is rare to find a medical office where every member genuinely cares about their patients, but that is exactly what we found here.
