I have been a patient here for ten years, maybe more. I think the eye care is top notch and thats why I return. However, there is an issue with wait times that I bring up every time I visit and it is never corrected. Without fail, I know I will have to wait at least an hour from the time I arrive until the time I meet with the doctor.The eye care staff consistently state that theyve had to deal with appointments than ran over time unexpectedly. That seems feasible. Some patients need more time than others.It would seem a good solution to have the receptionists use the text alert system they already have in place to communicate with incoming patients. Let us know the office is running late and retarget our start time. It will allow us to do things other than sit in the waiting room wondering why you dont respect our time. Good communication makes for good business.
