Friendly staff short wait to see Dr. Great location very easy to find. Return visit at end of the month. Technicians helpful. Dr. Provided lots of info in regard to ongoing and future procedure.

The staff is absolutely wonderful - very friendly, welcoming environment. Surgery was quick and effective. I am happy with the results. Be prepared to bring your patience because 75% of the time you are there for your appointment is spent waiting, and waiting and waiting. I was left in a room for over 35 minutes and had to go to the desk and ask if I had been forgotten, then had to wait an additional 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Not happy! Also, I was supposed to be picked up for a post-op appt. the day after my surgery by their driver who never showed up. He called 3 hours after my appointment time to see if I still needed a ride. I waited for him for 30 minutes and drove myself to the appt. with one eye closed - not the safest thing to do!
