Both Updegraff offices are great and the staff members are always helpful. I recently went to the Bardmoor location- Brittany, Holly, Kathleen, and Dr. H were all professional and provided excellent customer care.

Dr. Hossenlopp was excellent. I have an allergy on my eye lids causing them to itch and swell probably due to pollen. He was able to fit me in and gave me clear instructions what to do. Im already feeling some relief and its only been a day. Thanks very much for being there.

All procedures were explained to me. All staff were very pleasant. Dr. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Would recommend to anyone with eye issues or needs.

The experience and the kindness I experience was second to none yesterday as I was nervous due to a prior eye condition and I ended up having a scratch on my eye superficial -Dr Craig H was phenomenal as well as his staff from beginning to end I was made feel comfortable and my nerves lessened by each moment I was explained to thoroughly what was going on and what would fix this issue I would recommend this place 1000 times over and will continue to tell everyone about this experience. The doctor was very thorough and very knowledgeable and explaining everything to me I was beyond impressed and his staff is also second to none I will be back and that will be where I go from now on to get any type of checks or refractive testing or anything else I may further need. thank you so much to Dr. Updegraff and the entire staff at both locations theyve always treated me with the most amazing honesty, dignity, and respect. It is a place that you must visit and I would never go anywhere else. The healthcare there you do not feel like you are just a number you feel like youre the only patient in the office I wish every healthcare practice operated this way.
