Everyone in that office was great, friendly and pleasant. Dr. Hossenlopp was very thorough and took his time to explain, listen, examine and evaluate. He was very gentle and careful and made my overly sensitive eyes (and my mind) comfortable while explaining step by step of what's coming next.
