The staff at Dr Updegraffs office were extremely helpful getting me started as a new patient. The tests necessary to determine what my problem is were done promptly and professionally and at each step explained completely. During the meeting with Doctor Updegraff we discussed my problems and what the possible treatments were. I found the entire experience very professional and feel confident that my treatment will result in a good outcome.I would recommend Dr Updegraff based on my experience.

Excellent system in eye exams evaluation before the surgery. A lot of staff that knows what theyre doing very professional that made me feel safe secured. Dr Updegraff himself talking me towards the end of the eye exams was very enlightening. Hes very nice, humble honest. The whole 3 hours process was made fun by the comfortable ambiance/ facility not letting you wait so long in between the exams. Kudos to Dr Updegraff for creating a great team. Im praying to have a successful surgery next month.
