Ive seen some reviews complaining about being seen by so many techs before actually getting to see the doctor. While this is the first time Ive been to this location and experienced this, I have absolutely NO problem with it. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant, did their job effectively and listened to my questions if I had any.I have no problem answering their questions to make sure the doctor is well informed by the time I see him. I find it silly to expect the doctor to run the various tests from start to finish.Dr Updegraff spent maybe 10-15 minutes describing the results and treatment options. He also took time to answer any remaining questions.Im over the moon with the support I got, and am anxious to get the procedures under way!
