This was my first eye examination at this office. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough. All tests and procedures (including uncovered refraction test) were explained in advance. Dr. Hossenlopp reviewed my exam results and explained why I was not a candidate for LASIK. He is friendly, personable and fun to talk to. Kathleen gave me the cost of new frames and lenses and did not pressure me to buy them. I look forward to my annual eye exam and highly recommend this practice.
