Its has been over a week since my LASIK procedure. Updegraff Laser Vision was highly recommended by many people. They were not the cheapest but when it comes to your eyes, do you really want to sacrifice price for your eyes? I want the best. It was affordable. The price of the surgery was approximately 5 years worth of contacts. The consultation did take close to three hours which they were very upfront about. They give you a packet to take home. There is an 11 page document that you are supposed to read and initial at the bottom. I am not sure how many people actually read that but I most certainly did. Every question that I possibly had was in that document. The day of surgery could not have gone any better. Everything that was in that packet, someone stated throughout the procedure. I cannot express enough how professional and courteous Updegraff Laser Vision staff were. For me, the lady who gave me my medication to help me calm down right before the procedure was probably the most important to me. That is when I started to panic, a lot. She reminded me of my grandmother. So sweet and kind. If you ever thought about LASIK, there is only one place to go. Updegraff Laser Vision.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The on-line check-in was smooth and helpful. My diagnosis and treatment plan were perfect.

If youre someone who uses a checklist to select a healthcare provider, just make an appointment, follow their excellent instructions, show up! Leave the checklist at home. You wont be disappointed! Everyone in this practice is a wonderful asset to the team! Theyre all very warm caring, while still able to keep things rolling. Waiting time is minimal, spaces are cleaned between each patient, all questions are answered. Youll leave with great satisfaction confidence in the plan for your care.
