From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr Hossenlopp provided a thorough exam all the while explaining everything in detail and making sure that I felt comfortable and was able to address any concerns that I might have had.My subsequent follow up visits have all been just as amazing. Dr Kaminsky staff have always been great at Updegraff Laser Vision. She has seen me as a patient for 3 years. Shes a really smart, thorough, nice optometrist. Also, Dr Updegraff performed PRK surgery on both of my eyes around 2006 or so, my far vision is still very exemplary excellent. I only need contacts / reading glasses, ergo, near vision, just for the last the last few years, due to age. Sandy is great with getting me my contacts Anyway, I really appreciate the doctors staff at Updegraff vision.
