Friendly and efficient. Staff was professional but engaging. All around pleasant experience. Dr D was the highlight of my visit. She put me at ease and explained every aspect of the exam. She was charming. You will love her energy.

I absolutely love coming here for my vision checkups and care. They are always very efficient getting you in and out and everything runs like a well oiled machine. I have messed up my own appointment and came on the wrong date more than once and they still fit me in. They don't push for you to change your prescription if it's not needed. I highly recommend Updrgraff!

I had LASIK done with Dr. Updegraff last week on 1/13 and I am very happy with the results. I have some slight blurriness when looking at lights and also some red streaks on my sclera but these are pretty common side effects and should go away in another week or so. I have no eye pain or any other issues. The staff were all so wonderful and patient with me, and made sure I felt calm enough before the procedure. The whole process on my surgery day went pretty smoothly. I would recommend them to someone interested in getting LASIK done.
