I was a new patient today at Updegraff Laser Vision being seen for dry eye. All the staff from the checkin receptionist to the aides who supported the doctor in treating me were all smiling, encouraging and welcoming me to their practice. The staff were professional and fully explained-described all procedures I had done which made me feel very calm, and not nervous at all. Dr. Hossenlopp, Craig was extremely professional, diligent, and examined me with a battery of exams-tests and fully explained my condition and treatment options which were easy to understand and follow. I will be using this office for all my future eye care needs. Thank you.

My appointment was on time, the Receptionist was pleasant , the Technicians made me feel comfortable and confident. Dr. El Jaballi also was professional and wiiing to answer my questions. In all it was what a Dr. appt. should be. I would give this office a 10 .

This was our first visit here. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The Dr was forthcoming with explanations of procedure. We especially liked we were given a printout of our new prescriptions without having to ask for them. The whole experience was top tier. Would definitely recommend.
