I have been contemplating Lasik for many, many years. After being told I was not a candidate by two doctors in my early 20's I had given up hope. A few years ago I decided to give it one last chance. I went to Dr. Updegraff and, to my surprise, was told I was indeed a candidate. However, my nerves set in and I decided not to go through with it. Today was my 24 hour follow up and already my vision is 20/20. Coming from someone who has had glasses since about 10-12 years of age, it is so hard to comprehend. I could go on and on.
