It was actually very comforting. I came in due to a car accident and was a little nervous and in some pain. The entire staff (from the receptionist, to the ophthalmologist at the eye glass desk to the PA were outstanding! As I had a short wait I watched how they interacted with everyone as they checked in and out. I was simply impressed! Ive had appointments with many offices and NONE came close to the friendly and attentive staff of Updegraff Laser. Dr. Rain Roberts, O.D. was amazing and extremely caring. Many of the hospitals and medical centers Ive been to lately could learn a lot about how to treat and respect patients from Dr. Updegraff and his staff.
