Dr. Updegraff is simply amazing! The day I decided to get lasik, his whole team was amazing. Dr Behn prepped me for my lasik by treating my dry eyes and ensuring I was fully cleared prior to my surgery. The day of my surgery, his whole team was extraordinary.. from the front desk to Jackie to the assistant Chris, to Ms Lisa, who gowned me up, to the numerous surgical assistants and nurses that remained with me through the whole process. Dr Updegraffs smoothing voice kept me calm and comfortable through the entire surgical procedure. He informs you step by step of the process, and ensures you are comfortable the entire time. I cant thank him enough for literalllly giving me my vision back! A million thanks is not enough. Tbh, I was not nervous about the procedure at all because I have several family members and friends who were previously treated by Dr. Updegraff so I knew I was in the best care possible! My sister completed her lasik 2 years prior, my managers husband did it 30 years earlier, and my boss and his two sons completed it 20 years ago Dr Updegraff is the ONLY doctor I would TRUST with my eyes!!
