Can't say enough good things. Went in with a severe case of Conjunctivitis.Dr Roberts saw me quickly and was very understanding. That night when I had trouble getting the meds I called the after hours line and Joan was amazing. Calling around to find a pharmacy for me. The follow up visits with Dr Roberts and the were staff were amazing. Everyone remembers you asks how you're doing. Highest possible positive s. If there were 6 stars I'd do it.
The front office staff is extremely kind & helpful. Same w/all the techs. Wish I remembered their names but I dont. There were so many. I have been there 5 times (so far). Being treated for severe eyes prior to cataract surgery.
Dr Updegraffs office is very organized. The staff is super friendly and work well together. They are also well staffed, no shortage of workers there. He and his surgery team have been together for a long time and are the best at what they do.
