The entire staff and doctors are very professional and polite. Process of my exam and initial appointment were seamless and super easy. Only thing is I wasnt aware that the new patient appointment would take longer. Other than that Im 100% happy so far.

I am about 2 months post LASIK surgery and my only regret is that I didnt do it sooner. The entire team here made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am a pretty anxious person so you can imagine how eye surgery makes one feel, but they have excellent communication and protocol that made me feel so at ease. I would recommend Dr Updegraff to anyone on the fence about LASIK.

Recently my eye doctor retired after I had been his patient for almost 20 years! Updegraff Vision is in the same building as my Internal practitioner is so it made sense to also begin this new eye doctor there !Updegraff staff are very kind, understanding and thorough which gave me a sense of comfort! My examination was done in a very professional manner and I hope to continue this new relationship as long as possible!
