I had my initial visit yesterday...a 4 hour appt that I had dreaded....but boy was I wrong to worry. The office runs very smoothly...the staff is phenomenal ..and Drs. Updegraff and Behn are great. Want to give a special shout-out to Kathy and Jenny.Not only was the 4 hours not awful, I had a nice time. I knew none of these people , so I am not being prejudiced. If you need eye care, this is the place to go...total professionals and they make you feel like part of the family. Best experience I have ever had in a medical office.
