After doing the 5 stars on here I read the other reviews, especially the complaining ones, less than 5 stars. I am a retired RN and have worked various facilities, home health and offices since 1977. This office is one of the cleanest, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. In and out with all the technical apparatuses and waiting for your eyes to dilate in less than 2 hours is amazing. One comment about fatigue of the technicians is normal as they work so very normal as they are trying to check your vision with utmost precision and as quickly as possible with assisting slower patients with many questions and trying to get everything 100%. To preserve and protect my vision, I would spend the day there to aid in that. Please don't change a thing! I so trust all of you there! Get over yourselves patients! This is a top notch office!

At Updegraff Laser Vision, I received the most thorough eye examination that Ive had in years! The doctor noted the minute eye problems that I have and offered solutions to each one. I will continue to trust my vision to these professionals thru the coming years, knowing they will address any and all issues as they arise.

I recently met Dr. Behn and his staff, and every technician and staff person was absolutely remarkable. Dr. Behn was amazing, and if you're looking for a new eye doctor, I strongly recommend Dr. Behn. He's thorough, gentle, so professional, while at the same time humorous, interesting, intelligent, and so very human and real. You feel like you're with a close friend you've known for years! My next visits will be with Dr. Updegraff who i can't wait to meet, he comes so highly recommended, and I'll add to my review after those visits. BTW this office is sparkling clean, and every surface touched was constantly sterilized before moving on to another machine. Every covid protection and protocol is observed and enforced to protect patients and staff.

The Updegraff Office was extremely professional and warm from the front desk to Chris to Dr. Behn! I was nervous and worried about what was going on w/ my eyes and Dr. Behn explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, making it a very pleasant experience! Love and thanks to all!
