Dr. Todd Berger is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Fellowship Trained Vitreo-Retinal Specialist.
Dr. Berger joined Updegraff Laser Vision as a medical retina specialist at the St. Petersburg practice. Updegraff Laser Vision has expanded their Retina field of medicine as the demand for quality care continues to increase in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
Dr. Berger attended New York University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to the State University of New York and received his Doctor of Medicine degree. His internship was at the Staten Island Hospital, and his ophthalmology residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center. He then chose to continue his training and specialize in Medical and Surgical Retina, completing a Medical Retina Fellowship at New York University, and a Surgical Retina Fellowship at the Vitreo-Retinal Foundation, University of Tennessee.
