My previous provider retired recently. Knowing that my daughter and I were due for our routine vision check and that I might be needing cataract surgery in the near future, I took the recommendation of a friend to visit this office (a 40 minute drive from my home).My daughter and I both had our routine vision exam completed by Dr Kominsky (Dr. K) and supporting staff. From the moment that we stepped into the office, we were expeditiously taken care of in a pleasant and professional manner. We felt seen and heard with our concerns throughout the entire process and all of our questions were answered, without being rushed. Aside from a five-star patient customer service experience, the facility is also beautiful with plenty of spacious parking spaces. This office location may be 40 min away from my home, however, I have no problem with this drive when I am receiving this kind of attention and service. I found my new eye doctor, thank you Dr. K and thank you Jackie D. for the referral.
